APPLY, REGISTER, and ENROLL:

The following information explains the process for Applying, Registering and Enrolling at Westgate Child Center:

1) The Center has rolling enrollment throughout the year in all classrooms. Students are enrolled from the Center's wait list. If you would like to apply for our wait list, you can schedule a tour (call 703.893.6372) to visit our Center and to obtain the wait list registration form. Or you can download the wait list form and submit it along with a $50 non-refundable registration fee. Wait List Form

2) Once you've been notified by Westgate that your child has been accepted into Westgate, you will need to complete the Registration and Enrollment Form: Registration and Enrollment

3) You will also need to complete the Health Information and Immunization Form: Health Information and Immunization Form

4) You will also need to provide a copy of your child's Birth Certificate: Birth Certificate Information

NOTE:
a) A $25.00 re-registration fee is due at the beginning of each new school year.

b) A tuition deposit must be submitted one month prior to arrival (not the first day of school). The deposit will be refunded when your child is withdrawn with 4 weeks notice from the Center.

TUITION: Tuition Schedule

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month. The Bi-Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st and 15th of each month. A fine of $15.00 will be added on payment not made within 5 days they are due.
